Banh Mi Diddy is YEG's newest Vietnamese Sub shop located Downtown YEG behind Grant Macewan University! Currently offering 5 different kinds of subs such as Classic Cold Cut, Vietnamese Curry Beef, POrk Patt, Chicken and Vegetarian Deep Fried Tofu! Also offering Combo deals pairing Fries, Mango Salad, Springrolls with Pop or VIetnamese Iced Coffee!
One of their house specialty is the on house baked baguette which was crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, capturing all the meat!
The Owner travelled all the way to Saigon to learn how to make the bread and Banh mi all from scratch, bringing the Authentic Vietnamese Saigon flavour to YEG!
We selected one of each meat and taste tested the classic cold cut as that is generally the most popular one to choose from
As for sides, we went with the Rice Paper Springroll and fries, very tasty!
